Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy was created to ensure transparency in cases of application activation failure.

1. Eligible Refunds

  • We will refund the full amount paid only if we are unable to activate the requested application after reasonable technical support attempts.
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the app content or issues related to the customer's device.

2. Refund Process

  • If activation is unsuccessful, the customer must contact us within 7 days of attempting activation.
  • After analyzing the case and confirming that activation cannot be carried out, the refund will be processed via Pix within 10 business days.

3. Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be granted if the customer fails to correctly follow the instructions provided for activation or if the issue is caused by factors beyond our control, such as device incompatibility or network failure.
  • Once activation is successful, there will be no refunds for purchase remorse.
